Schedule Appointment


Most customers will complete their installation without calling for technical assistance. Of course, if you do need technical assistance we would be pleased to assist - call us at (800) 546-9466. This form is optional and you do not need an appointment to obtain technical assistance.


In addition to our standard phone support, Genesis offers a service in which one of phone support technicians will schedule availability around your proposed installation date/time. There is no charge for this service. Upon submitting the form below, you will receive an email acknowledgement of the appointment and a specifically named, US-based technician will be identified. Expect the email reply within 24 hours. At the date and time scheduled, that technician will set aside 90 minutes during which time your call will generally receive the highest priority from that technician.
  • If you are a new customer, you must complete the New Customer Registration form (view pdf form) prior to submitting this appointment request. We do not schedule install appointments until until we can confirm your configuration information on that Registration Form.
  • We must receive your New Customer Registration, if applicable, and this form at least 48 hours prior to your requested appointment time.
